Inside the garden, LUNG finds some oddments of SINN’s dress and the little rabbit that YUNG gave her. He suspects 8 people including LAO and YUNG are involved in the murder of SINN as they fail to prove they were not on the scene. LAO discovers SINN’s hairgrip and has come up with an idea. LAO points out that the carriage driver is rather suspicious. Shortly afterwards, LUNG finds SINN’s hairgrip inside the carriage. He flies into a fury and wants to kill the driver at once.
